      Proposed minor edit, "Under this policy, even highly sought after individuals can only hold one editorship at a time and thus might be unavailable to a section journal wanting to appoint that individual as an editor."

      This is a good policy, but I don't think it goes far enough. I would like for Reviewers to be required to disclose their previous interactions with a paper to the editor before they accept a reviewing assignment.
