Thanks for your patience!

The videos of our featured plenary and luncheon speakers are now posted at http://commons.aaahq.org/hives/531d5280c3/summary. We are checking into the availability of the session slides.
As a staff member of AAA, I totally look forward to seeing Professor Edwards at each Annual Meeting. He sparks up the day and gives the best hugs!
When you first set up your hive, you will need to email the members from outside the Commons initially. But you should encourage each of them to go to the hive and subscribe to be notified by email whenever a post or comment is made in the hive. That way they will automatically be emailed when something new is posted. They can also make the hive one of their favorites and it will show up under the favorites link in their profile area. The attached file has a screen shot of the area for them to use to suscribe. It is in the top right hand area of the page.

The AAACommons Happy Hour Webinars are open to all AAA members and our plan is to hold one each month focusing on different aspects of the Commons. So if you missed the first one don't worry, there will be more coming or you can click on the link above to view the first one from December 11.
The email link that was broken has been fixed.
The easiest way is to use the advanced search feature located above the green nav bar and to the right. Click on "advanced". Then if you know the hive title or keywords in the title, click on "hives", add key text and click "search". It will bring up a list of hives that match the keywords and that you have permission to see. If you don't know the hive title, then click on "people" and search for the hive creator's name. Click on the person's name or avatar to go to their profile. Then in the tabs under their name, click on "hives" and you should find it there—again if you have permission to view it. Once you have found the hive you are looking for, be sure to add it to you favorites by clickin on the little ribbon icon.
This appears to be a problem with the link on the Deloitte website. I'll follow up with them to see if it can be corrected or if it is a temporary error. In the meantime, you can email them through their normal email channel at https://www.deloitte.com/view/en_US/us/Contact-us/Email-Us/index.htm
or contact directly at
Unfortunately you cannot add the section and region home pages to your favorites because of the type of pages the are. Only pages that actually hold content (called hives) can be made favorites. To easily navigate to the MW home page, go to the green navigation bar at the top of the page, click on communities, regions, and then MW. You can alternatively get there by clicking on the MW Members Group listed in your personal profile and then in the top right corner, click on MW Home.
Janet, currently we are hard at work and getting close to having the ability to update/change a member's region and other key fields like email and address automatically from the AAA member database when the member logs into the AAACommons...but we are not quite there yet. So in the interim, I have updated your region and your account email in the Commons. I apologize for the inconvenience to you. Also, we are rolling out the AAACommons websites for the Sections and Regions as each is having their spring meeting. So right now, you won't find much in the AAACommons specifically for the Ohio Region but it will be coming soon.
I forgot to mention that you should feel free to update your address in your Commons profile so that it will be correct since we are not sure exactly when the automatic updating will take place.
All address information in the AAACommons was uploaded from the AAA member database. We are currently working on having profile information in the Commons updated from the AAA member record when a member logs into the Commons, but we are not there yet. Your AAA member record shows a Sauder School, Vancouver address so I believe we have your correct address for mailing purposes. If you would let any colleagues who might have an incorrect address in our member database know that they should go online and update their address at https://members.aaahq.org/cvweb_aaa/MainLogin.shtml or they can contact the AAA office at office@aaahq.org. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to get all of the bugs sorted out in the near future.
Currently, our authentication process with the AAA member database, does not allow changes to your AAA Login ID and Password. We are working towards a Single Sign On solution that could possibly allow changes to your password in the future.
Rich, thank you for pointing this out to us. This is the first I have heard of this type of problem and not having same experience myself,I was not aware there was a glitch. To be sure we are on the same page, when you return to the log in page for the Commons, your username and password are already filled in? We will check it out.
