Hello. I have noticed that a number of the PDFs in the Digital Library have overly restrictive security. My main issue is that notes and highlighting are disallowed; I comment on and highlight many journal articles using a PDF reader, and this security issue prevents me from doing this. A few examples are Kadous et al. (2003) in TAR 78 (3) and Hannan (2005) in TAR 80 (1). Can the security be removed from these files (as well as any others that may have this issue across the journals and years)?
Thank you!
If your institution has subscribed to the American Accounting Association’s Digital Library, you can access our content through your mobile device from any location. All you have to do is pair your device with your institution. These instructions will show you how to do that—and you’ll have access for 30 days. After that, just re-pair your device, and you’ll continue to get all of the full text content that you need!
The mobile Digital LIbrary requires the use of "cookies," data on your device that it uses to log into the system more quickly. Unfortunately, if you have your device set to NOT accept cookies, the system keeps hunting for them, and gets caught in a loop. The only way out is for the "redirecting" error message you are experiencing.
To elimintate that problem, go to your devices setting, and accept cookies. Once you do that, go back to aaajournals.org, and you should go to the mobile version!
(And we're working with the vendor to try and get a better error message so this is more clear.)
This shows you how to get started with the mobile version of the digital library. It is especially designed for members as it shows how to log in with your email address and password to get access to the Association journals and those you subscribe to with your section memberships.
Going mobile means on-the-go access to all of the American Accounting Association's journals from your iPhone, Android, or BlackBerry device.

I am trying to play the multimedia appendixes to the Accounting Fraud in CIT case (Issues in Accounting Education - Teaching Notes 2011, issue 26 (3), pp. 40-52). I can play video but there is no sound. I checked the volume everywhere, and I have clear sound on other videos. What should I do? Thanks.
I can't log in! I've tried my AAA user id and password, and it doesn't work!
